Get to Know Maryoreth
Maryoreth is very close to finishing her degree in Industrial Psychology. She has been a part of Maná de Vida for 9 years. While she is attending school, she also wears many hats as an employee of Maná. She oversees the sponsorship program at the school as well as acting as administrative assistant to the director. She says the most valuable quality of the program is the love and passion with which they work to restore lives. Before coming to Maná, she questioned, “Why were bad things happening to me?” Through mentorship and discipleship, she learned that God’s love is greater than any circumstance. She appreciates Maná for all the opportunities given to grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She still remembers the times when, if not for Maná, she would not have eaten. Maryoreth truly wants to follow God’s plan for her life which she thinks may be leading her to create a human resources office.
